My stay at Casa Carlota Guest House was an absolute delight from start to finish. The winding road leading to this secluded village offered breathtaking mountain views, setting the perfect scene for a tranquil retreat. Upon arrival, the lack of a traditional menu for the evening meal was a refreshing surprise, as I was treated to an array of delicious local dishes paired with exquisite wines, all at a very reasonable price.The attention to detail within the guest house was impeccable, from the spotlessly clean and well-decorated 4-bedroom room I stayed in, to the superb shower and bathroom facilities that exceeded my expectations. The ability to use a small kitchen and dining area added a homely touch to my experience, making me feel truly welcomed by the hospitable owners. The serene setting by a crystal-clear stream and snow-capped mountains created a picturesque backdrop for relaxation and exploration. The peaceful atmosphere, coupled with the comfortable accommodations and delightful surroundings, make this guest house a hidden gem that I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a unique and memorable Spanish getaway.
